Company Policies & Important information
All balances due must be paid before the start of the rental/tour. Damage waiver fee limits the renters liability to $750.00 maximum in the event of damage to the vehicle. $250 will be held on a major credit card or via cash at the start of the rental/tour and will be refunded instantly upon the damage-free return of the vehicle. In the case of vehicle damage, the $250 deposit will be held until damage value is assessed and applied accordingly to deposit. In the event that damage exceeds $250, the security deposit will not be returned and you as the renter will have be responsible for up to $500 additional liability in the cost of damages to the vehicle no matter the extent. Should renter be found not to have been following damage waiver policy, renter will be responsible for all damages. If you are late returning your vehicle, there will be a mandatory $50.00 fee charged to your card if you are 0-1 hour late. If you are more then 1 hour late you will be charged $25 for each additional half hour you are late returning up to a maximum of $400 per day. If you fail to return your vehicle within 24 hours of return time, you will be charged an additional $500.00 non-return fee and we will recover the vehicle by any means available to us at renters expense.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancelled for any reason at least 7 days before rental/ tour date less a $50 non-refundable booking fee. A complementary reschedule will be given within 7 days of rental/ tour but cancellations within 7 days of rental will receive a 50% refund of the booking value. Cancellations within 48 hours of rental/tour will incur a 100% penalty. The $50 non-refundable booking fee applies to all reservations made online, in-person, via phone or by 3rd party booking companies and is built into the price paid. No-call/ No-shows will be charged the full price of rental balance due. Any no-shows or cancellations same day with reservations made through a third-party booking site or if using a pre-paid voucher will forfeit entire voucher price, not to exceed price paid for voucher.
Customer reschedules for any reason within 48 hours will incur a $25 additional fee to be paid immediately upon reschedule. Reschedule dates must be chosen upon the time of reschedule. Cancellations for any reservation will be less the $50 non-refundable booking fee.
RAIN-OUT/ WEATHER POLICY
Weather in Central Florida is very unpredictable for this reason, we have detailed our weather policy here for all of our customers. In the event of sever inclement weather in the immediate area at at the start/ check-out of your rental, all customers will receive a call at rental start time with the option for a complementary reschedule. All weather calls, reschedules or cancellations will be done by the operator. Calling in 1-7 days in advance due to potential inclement weather forecasted during your rental is not grounds for refund. ONLY THE OPERATOR MAY DELAY, RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather conditions (determined by rental operator) or other unforeseen circumstances.
